Our Favorite Baby + Toddler Meals
Cooking for yourself is hard enough, and when you have to shift your kitchen habits to accommodate a tiny human who is learning to eat it can be SO overwhelming. We have both been there. Jen has expressed that ‘she is not a good cook’ (although Karlee thinks she is great), and that she felt really overwhelmed when she realized she had to make food for her daughter Jordan. Karlee loves to cook, but she admits there was still a learning curve even though she was already comfortable in the kitchen.
We want to ease some of that stress for you. Here are our favorite recipes that helped us find our bearings in the kitchen after starting ‘Baby Led Weaning’ (BLW) with our bubs.
